Maspik Teruzim
A fat Canadian in Kansas, exploring just how strong and fit she can become. I began the blog while studying in Jerusalem, Israel (Aug 2004 - Aug 2006), and the title means "enough excuses" in Hebrew. I hope you are holding up with the complexities of being a teacher.
I channeled (spelling?) you at the YMCA tonight. I've had this mental block that I can't curl 20 pounds. So tonight I just said "Let's see..." and I breathed and I psyched myself, and it was almost EASY! Hah! There you go. Your spirit traveled to Madison, Wisconsin tonight. THanks for that.
