Wednesday Training

I lost track of time while working at home this morning, so when I got to the gym it was busier than I am used to. Still, got through everything, and was reasonably happy with how everything went.

Training

Day IV: Hams and Other Stuff

Bicep curls (abwork b/w sets: stomach vacs)
6x8lbs (dbs)
6x17lbs (E-Z bar)
10x22lbs
10x27lbs
10x22lbs
12x8lbs (dbs)

Lying cable curls (abwork b/w sets: leg lifts bench)
6x30lbs
6x50lbs
10x70lbs
10x60lbs Above 50lbs, the silly machine only has 10lb increments.
10x60bs
12x35lbs

Deads (cardio b/w sets: 1 min step f/b)
6x60lbs
6x95lbs
10x120lbs Fortuitous song on the shuffle: I Will Survive
10x115lbs Fortuitous song on the shuffle: The Bitch is Back
10x105lbs
12x60lbs

Reverse hypers on a Swiss ball (cardio b/w sets: 1 min step s/s)
6,6,10,10,10,12
These were supposed to be ham curls, but an older gentleman was superglued to the ham curl machine, and I didn't want to suggest that perhaps he should spend his rest periods vertically rather than horizontally.

The good: remembered to bring flipflops for shower.
The bad: forgot to bring post workout food. But, this gave me a reason to stop at Wild Oats.
The ugly: people who do not remove the bench from the cage when they finish benching. I'd understand if the gym had multiple cages/racks, but there's only one.
