No Blogging Without Tracking

So this title doesn't have the same oomph as "no taxation without representation", but I decided that I need to put numbers on the screen.

I headed to Gym One this morning after a playing whack-a-mole with the negative thoughts and dumb-ass excuses in my head. Finally got everything together, including, for the first time, post-workout nutrition in a little cooler; makes a world of difference not dithering for 30+ minutes post exercise to get food in. I had the place to myself for most of the session. After the last person left I turned down the silly music that was competing with my shuffle.

Training

Food

M1: 38g whole wheat pancake mix, 1 omega3 egg + 1 egg white, 1/2 c skim milk, coffee, 1/2 tbsp maple syrup. 18p 40c 6f
M2: 1 scoop protein powder, 1 frozen banana, 1 c rice milk LF vanilla, 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder. 26p 48c 5f
M3: 85g mixed greens, 75g apple, 1 can H2O packed tuna, 1 tbsp dressing, 1 tbsp spicy mustard, 1/2 c skim milk in coffee. Easily the highest volume meal of the day. That was a lot of greens. 44p 24c 2f
M4: 60g turkey breast, 1 slice rye bread, 165g green pepper, 75g apple, 1 square halva. 26p 41c 8f
M5: 32g cereal, 113g 0% plain yogurt, 113g 1% cottage cheese. 26p, 40c, 2f

Total: 1526kcal, 138p, 193c, 23f. Need more fat and less carbs. I also want the calories a bit higher, around 1800. Adding a sixth meal tomorrow will take care of that. I got a late start today. It will take a few days to sort things out: I want to finish some things that I have in the fridge & freezer before I do another grocery trip.
H20: Forgot to track, but at least 3 litres; I kept refilling the bottle.
