Flip Flops

What would possess a personal trainer to show up for work wearing flip flops? It just struck me as having no respect for your profession. First, the gym does not have a pool, second, what are you modeling to your client regarding proper gym attire, and third, you're just asking for a plate to drop on your toes.

You are not serious! I thought you were going to say it was a yoga instructor or something like that - it's insane to wear flip flops in a weight room.

Have you tried those inverted rows yet? My new favorite exercise. I can't quite do one, but you know I love a challenge (an easy one anyway :)

M@arla: Yeah, it was ridiculous. As for rows, I was going to do them this weekend, latest on Monday.
