when I read the first part, i thought, oh the gym was about to close, huh? "how conveeeenient"! but then, the next night you did the cardio interval,and you were not the last person there, so there was no indication of a trend! ;-)

Sometimes the gym just is about to close, and that's all there is to it.

(In which case, I should be grateful for the ten-minute brisk walk to my bus stop, shouldn't I? It forces me to move at the end of a workout, whatever happens!)
